We met Paul and went for a test drive - he was super chilled and really relaxed about the whole process. Also he was really helpful in working around our schedules (kids/work etc). Paul was lovely to deal with, completed the DVLA change of ownership and tax whilst we were sat in the car, so it was ready for me to drive away without having to wait for the usual paperwork to come through.
